Presigned GET of a telephony recording or IVR prompt, valid expiresSeconds seconds (audited).

method	String	yes	HTTP method to use on the URL, always GET.
expiresSeconds	Integer	yes	Lifetime of the URL in seconds (300).

contentType	String	yes	Media type of the audio, for example audio/wav.
