Install the Navin Platform

This section installs the Navin Platform: the Control Plane API (python -m eai.main), its background worker (python -m eai.worker), the optional media worker (python -m eai.media_worker) and the portal (Next.js). Each method has its own page, written as a sequence of steps: what the step does, why, the exact command, the expected result and what to do when it fails.
