The Navin desktop and CLI of the staff of large organizations: it talks only to the LiteLLM gateway of the organization, with the models of its Navin SM profile. Distributed to the workstations by MDM, GPO or Ansible with the managed-settings.json the Manager produces.

Distribution to the workstations
Workstation software: nothing runs on a node of the cluster. The Manager keeps the packages of the release below, each stored only when its SHA256 is the one published with the release, and produces the configuration file each workstation reads (console page Navin SM, deployment bundle per system).

Topology per mode
No topology: a workstation software, nothing runs on a node of the cluster.
Notes
- Workstation software: no process of its own on the platform, so no high availability of its own. Its availability is that of the LiteLLM gateway it talks to.
Dependencies
For each active dependency the Manager takes the first of: the binding chosen in the wizard; a service of the same installation that provides it; a service already installed in the cluster; the only connection of the expected type. Otherwise an optional dependency stays unbound, and a required one is added to the installation in its default mode (the column below names the catalog service added).
| Binding | Provided by | Connection type | Endpoint | Optional | When nothing is bound | Description |
|---|
gateway | litellm | - | api | no | litellm is added to the installation | LiteLLM gateway of the organization: the only server Navin SM talks to. A profile linked to this service is discovered and issues its virtual keys with the master key kept in the vault. |
