Create or update AgentSkills with scripts, references and assets, then measure them with an evaluation loop (prompts with and without the skill, deterministic grading, benchmark, HTML report, description tuning).
When to use
Use when the user asks to "create a skill", "package this skill", "improve the skill description" or "evaluate whether the skill helps". In French "crée un skill", "améliore la description du skill" or "évalue si le skill aide vraiment".
Inputs and tools
The skill takes the request of the user in natural language: its frontmatter declares no argument. It declares no allowed-tools: the tools available are those of the agent that loads it, under the tool policy of the project.
