Create custom subagents for Navin (agent definition files under .navin/agents or ~/.navin/agents) that the model delegates to with spawn(agent="<name>").
When to use
Use when the user asks to make, add, write or edit a subagent, agent, persona, specialist, reviewer or helper agent ("make an agent for this", "cree un agent", "add a code-reviewer agent").
Inputs and tools
The skill takes the request of the user in natural language: its frontmatter declares no argument. It declares no allowed-tools: the tools available are those of the agent that loads it, under the tool policy of the project.
